Our mission is to promote and support excellence in the Sauquoit Valley community.

Photo of Sauquoit Valley High SchoolThe Sauquoit Valley Foundation was created in 2004 by a handful of community members who saw a need to form a non-profit, independent foundation that continually builds an endowment used to fund projects and programs for the Sauquoit Valley Central School and community. We are the proud sponsors of ongoing programs like Read to Succeed – free books for preschoolers, Defensive Driving – helping Sauquoit area drivers improve their skills,  Wellness – 10 weeks of walking and running training each spring, and annual scholarships to three deserving SVCS graduates.  We also help support school and community projects such as the After Prom Party, the Clayville Library Fun Faire, and improvements in the SVCS weight training room used by many students. Are you interested in volunteering or supporting our programs? Check out our calendar for one of our special events and meet friends or make new ones and have fun while supporting a worthwhile cause!
